Playout change over controller

Introduction

This module tracks the logs of the two playout systems (principal and backup), and it’s listening all events that send the channel matrix (the element that routes the signal to air). Using all this information it generates a playout log (asrun.log) with all broadcasted elements with a very precise timing data.

We cannot enter in details of this module due to it’s out of the scope of the Loudness monitoring system.
